Bloomberg announcing major waterfront plan today

A $3 billion transformation of New York City’s waterfront will be announced today by Mayor Bloomberg, the AP reports. It will include 50 new acres of parkland, allow for greater maritime traffic and would address human waste being deposited into the Hudson River. Stay tuned.
